By uploading or submitting any artwork, designs, or logos for Direct to Film (DTF) transfers, you affirm that you own the rights to the content or have obtained proper authorization from the rightful copyright or trademark holder.

We do not review submitted artwork for copyright or trademark violations. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all submitted materials do not infringe on any third-party rights.

Hightech Grafix reserves the right to refuse any order that, in our sole judgment, may violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws. By placing an order, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hightech Grafix, its employees, and affiliates from any legal claims or disputes arising from unauthorized use of protected content.
